In the printing phase, we use offset printing technology first applied by Ira Washington Rubel in 1903. Offset printing is a very popular printing technology used by many industries today. The reason why it is used in many sectors is that the resulting image quality is extremely high, sharp and clean.
Offset printing is a great option for many material substrates. It is a printing technique suitable not only for smooth and flat surfaces, but also for many surface areas such as wood, fabric and leather. However, the product outputs obtained in offset printing have a much longer life.
Graphic design, pre-print preparation stages and final checks, and product design that passed customer approval; it is ready for the offset printing stage. In our devices used for offset printing, the works are turned into molds. The surface area of the molds used in offset printing technology is covered with a material that is highly sensitive to light. This substance functions to hold ink and repel water. It is possible to obtain color printing at once with offset printing technology because offset printing; It has a different printing unit for each color that is planned to be printed.
These molds, which vary according to the colors used in the design, are processed on transparent paper by taking reverse output from laser printers if single color is used. If the prepared design is colored, films are prepared using CMYK. CMYK; It covers the four primary colors of red, black, blue and yellow. These four primary colors allow all other colors to be mixed. These molds selected according to the color to be used are printed on the material to be used. For this process, the pages placed in the sheet are carefully placed in a systematic order. At this stage, the form is used for the required unit of measure.
The design printed with offset printing technology is made ready to go through the post-printing stages after the necessary controls are made.
